Dear guests

for a respectful cooperation we kindly ask you the following rules 

 

• Scooters and bikes are not allowed in the house. You find an own parking space for them right infront of the house and you can borrow a locker for free for the time of your stay.  

​

• Please check in at the reception desk – even if you have already payed in advance. So we can put on the lights and in case, we can inform you about a change of the curt number.  

​

• Please come at the earliest 3 minutes before the beginning on court, so that the other players are not disturbed.

​

• Please only go on court with CLEAN shoes. No shoes used on clay, no running shoes, no street shoes. On the squash- and badminton-courts shoes with a black soles are strictly forbitten. 

 

• If the court gets dirty by clay, black soles, spilled drinks, etc. we will charge you a fee of 50,00 Euro.

• Please don´t take any glasses or glass bottles on court.

​

• If you play tennis, we kindly ask you to clean the court with the carpet 5 minutes before the end of your booked lesson. 

​

• The cancellation period is 24 hours. This means, that you can cancel your booked court 24 hour before your lesson would start. If you cancel later, the booked lessen may be charged to you.

 

• Of course, smoking is fobidden within the whole centre. 

​

• We ask for your understanding, that dogs are not allowed in the sports halls (tennis-hall, badminton/tabletennis-hall, squascourt.

​

• Parents are liable for their children.

 

• Please follow the instructions of the Tennis Point Vienna Team.
